Project Brief: Design and make a small piece of furniture for or competing with a design company or brand.

I designed this small side table and magazine holder, and I felt it successfully fit in the brand Kartell because of the material and aesthetic. Several prototypes and optimum manufacturing techniques informed the split in the form. The final design would be thermoformed in two polypropylene parts and assembled with decorative hardware.
